With an MBA from Westminster University and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Utah, he combines strategic business acumen with deep technical expertise. Now based in Park City, Chase is channeling his background into building an AI-driven property management business designed to elevate revenue, reduce operational costs through smart automation, and maximize long-term asset value for clients. Outside of work, Chase stays busy with his twins, wife Makenzie, and their energetic puppy. An avid golfer and mountain biker, he takes full advantage of the trails and fairways that surround Park City.

Bee is the operational force behind Park Peaks Real Estate & Property Management, bringing over two decades of expertise in customer service, logistics, and executive support. As the Operations Manager and Executive Assistant, she plays a pivotal role in orchestrating the company’s day-to-day excellence—streamlining internal systems, managing luxury guest experiences, and ensuring every team member and property runs at peak performance. A proud Salt Lake City native, Bee pairs her deep-rooted local insight with a sharp eye for detail and a relentless drive for improvement. Her leadership behind the scenes allows the Park Peaks brand to shine effortlessly on the front lines. When she’s not optimizing operations, Bee is out exploring with her three kids and two dogs—whether it’s a family road trip, concert or a weekend hike in the Utah mountains.
